GREA Technology helps Oppein Home and build an integrated intelligent warehousing and transportation management system

Through on-site research and evaluation of Oppein, GREA Technology found that its business mainly has the following problems:

  1. With the increase of distribution business volume and operating rules, manual forms and non-system communication methods can no longer meet efficient lean management.

  2. There is a lack of effective monitoring tools and tools for in-transit tracking, transit warehouse storage, customer appointment, complete management, customer evaluation, etc.

According to the problems existing in the business, GREA Technology customized TMS and BMS systems for Oppein to adapt to the new mode of transportation business. First of all, open up the system interface with the upstream ordering system, ERP system, factory WM, etc. to allow information to be transmitted efficiently; secondly, add real-time operation records and set relevant operating rules to guide operations and improve work efficiency; in addition, receive instruction tasks through the mobile APP to realize automatic tracking, recording exceptions, customer signing and evaluation; finally, configure automatic calculation of transportation costs and reconciliation functions to improve billing efficiency and accuracy.
